Justin Wangler and Tracey Shepos Cemani
Author-chefs Justin Wangler and Tracey Shepos Cemani have partnered with farmer Tucker Taylor, a world-renowned expert in sustainable culinary gardening, to celebrate the simple good taste of the farm-to-table lifestyle. The pictures and descriptions in Season make this a book to treasure! Wangler is the executive chef of Jackson Family Wines and a cook since the age of 10. Educated at A.B. Tech Culinary School in Asheville, North Carolina, he traveled west to work at the Culinary Institute of America and has made his home in the wine country. Shepos Cemani is chef de cuisine at Jackson Family Wines. She has been working in the food industry since she held her very first job and found her calling in the wine country. Shepos Cemani is a three-time winner of Guy’s Grocery Games on the Food Network.
