Corporate Sponsorship Packages

CORPORATE SPONSORHIP BENEFITS
All Corporate Sponsorship Levels Include:
  • Breakfasts and lunches
  • Name on Sponsor Recognition signage at the Festival, listed in Festival program and on the website
  • Recognition as a Sponsor on the big screen in the Pavilion for the dinner for Authors and Sponsors, Sponsor List signage at the Festival and a half-page ad in the Festival program
  • Invitation to special author events throughout the year
  • Branding: Sponsor literature distribution at the Festival registration desk and through the weekend
  • Digital Advertising: Sponsor name and logo on Sonoma Valley Authors Festival (SVAF) website, Sponsor acknowledgment page with a hyperlink

Photography/Filming Notice

During the course of the Festival, we will be filming, photographing, and recording the overall experience, including all sessions and any Q&A that is included. (This is primarily for our marketing and distribution of content.)

Please be aware that by attending the Sonoma Valley Author's Festival you consent to allow us to use your likeness and voice in recordings, films, and tapes in our marketing materials and all media, now and in the future, waive any rights with respect to such use, and release the Sonoma Valley Author's Festival from any liability pertaining to such use. you have any questions, please contact us at admin@svauthorsfest.org.
