Renowned Cyrus chef and co-owner Doug Keane will join us in Sonoma in May to discuss his much-heralded new memoir, Culinary Leverage: A Journey Through The Heat.

Chef Keane co-owns the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant Cyrus in Geyserville, CA. He honed his skills in some of the finest kitchens across the United States, including stints in NYC at The Four Seasons and at Lespinasse. His accolades include two Michelin stars, four stars from the San Francisco Chronicle, a James Beard Award for Best Chef Pacific, and being listed in Gourmet Magazine‘s Top 50 Restaurants in America. He also won season 5 of the TV show Top Chef Masters. Chef Keane and Cyrus have left an indelible mark on the culinary landscape, enchanting diners and perpetuating a legacy of culinary artistry that transcends time.
