The letter has important information regarding seating, parking, meals and the dinner for the Authors and Sponsors on Friday, August 26.
2. Festival Schedule
Please download and review the Festival Schedule.
This includes the schedule of speakers for the weekend as well as all meals and locations. Please review it carefully as we are starting with lunch on the breezeway lawn at noon on Friday, August 26.
4. Author Sponsor Dinner on Friday, August 26, 7:15 pm onsite in the Pavilion
Open to those who have Sponsor passes and all authors, speakers, and their families and guests, the Author/Sponsor dinner will be held in the Pavilion on Friday evening. SMI will remove the theater seating and reset the room with buffet food stations, tables, and chairs for dinner beginning at 7:15 pm. All sponsors may come and go as they wish and mix and mingle at a level at which they are comfortable as they enjoy the gourmet fare. Open seating will be available both indoors and out. Attire is business casual.
5. COVID Protocols
Be prudent about COVID. We are using the honor system, in tandem with common sense and good manners, to keep everyone safe and healthy.
