Virtual Festival access is included with each pass sale.

Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable

The name(s) and email(s) of additional persons who will be guests/spouses of the purchasers is required at the time of purchase. 

We do not sell day passes or passes to individual speaker sessions.

Only tax-deductible portions of sponsorships can be paid for from Donor Advised Funds

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we could not bring you the annual Sonoma Valley Authors Festival, Students Day, and Authors on the Plaza events without your contributions. Thank you!

Corporate Sponsorship Packages

Below are the sponsorship levels and associated benefits for 2026.

CORPORATE SPONSORHIP BENEFITS
All Corporate Sponsorship Levels Include:
  • Two Breakfasts and two lunches per person
  • Name on Sponsor Recognition signage at the Festival, listed in Festival program and on the website if paid in full by April 1
  • Recognition as a Sponsor on the big screen in the Pavilion for the dinner for Authors and Sponsors, Sponsor List signage at the Festival and a half-page ad in the Festival program if paid in full by April 1
  • Invitation to special author events throughout the year
  • Branding: Sponsor literature distribution at the Festival registration desk and through the weekend if paid in full by April 1
  • Digital Advertising: Sponsor name and logo on Sonoma Valley Authors Festival (SVAF) website, Sponsor acknowledgment page with a hyperlink
  • Social Media: Sponsor name, and Logo where applicable, on SVAF social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) post promoting partnership. Dates TBD based on availability and promotional calendar.

Photography/Filming Notice

During the course of the Festival, we will be filming, photographing, and recording the overall experience, including all sessions and any Q&A that is included. (This is primarily for our marketing and distribution of content.)

Please be aware that by attending the Sonoma Valley Author's Festival you consent to allow us to use your likeness and voice in recordings, films, and tapes in our marketing materials and all media, now and in the future, waive any rights with respect to such use, and release the Sonoma Valley Author's Festival from any liability pertaining to such use.
